As a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, my primary role is to oversee the maintenance and

repair of mechanical system, equipments, and maintainable items to ensure their optimal

performance. This involves conducting regular inspections, identifying potential failures, and

implementing preventive maintenance policy to minimize downtime and maximize equipment

availability. I am responsible for troubleshooting mechanical failures and develop problem

solving procedure (RCFA) to add recommendations for maintenance programs to update

troubleshooting & failure list. Once the failures are identified, I focus on proactive measures to

enhance equipment reliability and performance.

I am well-versed in adhering to industry standards, safety regulations, and maintenance

best practices. I stay updated with the latest advancements in mechanical engineering and

maintenance techniques to continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of my work.

Moreover, effective communications and coordination are essential aspects of my role. I

collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, procurement, and management,

to ensure the smooth functioning of equipment and system. I also provide technical guidance

and training to maintenance staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Ultimately, my goal is to optimize equipment performance, minimize downtime, and

contribute to the overall productivity and operational efficiency of the organization I work for.
